Variants

`SignNone`	No sign will be printed. The exponent sign will also be emitted.
`SignNeg`	`-` will be printed for negative values, but no sign will be emitted for positive numbers.
`SignAll`	`+` will be printed for positive values, and `-` will be printed for negative values.
